This programme is for you if you if you already have a good understanding of nutrition but are looking for some extra support. You can expect to lose weight, improve digestion and energy and sleep better.
What's Included:
A 75 minute initial consultation to include a full dietary analysis.
1 follow up consultation of 45 minutes each.
With this introductory plan I will take an in-depth look at your current eating habits and health issues, if any. Prior to the first consultation, I will ask you to complete a health questionnaire and keep a food diary for 3-4 days.
At the initial consultation, which will last approximately 75 minutes and following a review of your completed health questionnaire and food diary, I will set you a 4-week eating to plan to follow. This plan will include daily menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, with all recipes to help take the guess work out for you.
You will be invited back 4 weeks later for a second consultation, which will last approximately 45 - 60 minutes. During this consultation we will review your progress and make any adjustments as required.
