This programme is similar to the 'Optimum Nutrition & Wellness Plan' with the addition of one weekly yoga or pilates class online, for up to 8 weeks.
Get back to an all-round healthier new you with this combined nutrition and yoga/pilates programme. The yoga/Pilates are pre-recorded so you can access them in your own time. Each class will be available for up to one week, so that you can practice daily, if desired.
What's Included:
A 75 minute initial consultation of dietary and lifestyle habits.
7 weekly nutrition consultations of 45 minutes each. Weekly diet and lifestyle programme to follow based on the outcome of initial consultation.
This will include weekly menu planning, recipes and shopping lists.
This programme also includes up to 8 weekly recorded yoga/Pilates sessions.
Full coaching support each week. Changing your mindset is one of the most important keys to success.
I will support you each week with motivational tips and will be available to answer all your questions.
