Ingredients
3 tbsp Chia seeds
180 mls coconut or almond milk (unsweetened)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Small handful of raspberries or any other berry fruits you like
Method
1. In a small bowl, combine Chia seeds, vanilla and milk.
2. Cover, and refrigerate for 20 mins (or overnight).
3. When ready to serve, stir the Chia mixture, then layer in a glass with raspberries
4. Top with pistachios or any other seeds you fancy.
