Want to build muscle naturally ? Why not make your own simple protein powder and avoid all those nasty sweeteners and other ‘non foods’.
RECIPE
· 2 Cups of organic oats
· 8 Tablespoons of hemp seeds
· 2/3 cup of pumpkin seeds
· 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
· 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
Simple blend all the above together in a nutri bullet or similar.
