* 5 Nights Accommodation: Stay in our cozy rural cottages, with options for private or shared bedrooms and private ensuites.

* Gentle Yoga Flow Classes: Participate in 3 sessions focusing on breathwork, balance, and flexibility.
* Yin Yoga Classes: Join 3 classes designed to stretch the fascia and lubricate the joints.
* Guided Meditations: Experience 2 sessions based on the principles of Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation and mindfulness.
* Pilates Classes: Engage in 2 classes aimed at developing core stability and strengthening the small muscles of the back.
